1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SolidBridge FinPath, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or purchase courses.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use immediately.

4. Course access and license

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use during the access period. Sharing logins or redistributing materials is prohibited.

5. Payments and billing

All purchases are subject to applicable taxes. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your method of payment for the amounts due.

6. Refunds

Self-paced courses: request within 7 days of purchase and prior to completing a significant portion of content. Cohorts: request before the second live session. Refunds are not guaranteed for misuse or policy violations.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the services, not to scrape or reverse-engineer, and not to post unlawful or harmful content in community areas.

8. Intellectual property

All course materials and the SolidBridge FinPath brand are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce materials without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Courses are for educational purposes only and are not personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. Outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud. You may stop using the services at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
